2/1/2020 – Sheri Straily Joins Global Pacific as General Counsel

Denver, CO (February 1, 2021) – Global Pacific Properties, a premier commercial real estate investment group, announced that Sheri D. Straily has joined the company as Vice President and General Counsel. In her new position, Sheri will be responsible for managing the legal functions of Global Pacific Properties and the Law Family Office.

With over two decades of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and project development across the U.S., Sheri brings significant legal expertise to her role at Global Pacific Properties. She will work with the Acquisition Team to acquire new real estate opportunities and will be instrumental in strengthening Global Pacific Properties’ development program.

Before joining Global Pacific Properties, Sheri served for nearly nine years as Senior Counsel at Real Capital Solutions, Inc (“RCS”) where she was the lead attorney on RCS development projects and was heavily involved with the solar installation program in Colorado. Prior to joining RCS, Sheri was an Associate at Ballard Spahr, LLP’s, Denver office, after beginning her legal career at Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf & Kelly LLC. Sheri received her BBA from the University of Denver, where she graduated summa cum laude. She continued at the University of Denver to obtain her JD and was honored by induction into the Order of St. Ives upon graduation. Sheri is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and is also a LEED AP (BD+C).
